Proprietary Ultra-High Performance Grouts

Our Services and Products

UHPC Development
Structural Design

We develop Ultra High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) with exceptional strength and durability for various applications in the construction industry.

Our ultra high-performance concrete is our own proprietary mix design. We tailor our concrete properties to meet project requirements. To do these, our engineers are well verse with latest design codes and standards, and advanced analysis to optimize the application.

Iconic structures, redesigned using high-strength concrete mix to reduce weight and achieve surface texture and color.

Each precast module is reduced to 2 tons weight, instead of 4 tons as specified.

Due to slim members, connection anchorage is reduced to 11x diameter of rebar.

Design of Touch Vessel Sentosa Sensoryscape

We offer a range of services including UHPC development, structural component design, and certification to ensure compliance with international standards. Our expertise extends to onshore and offshore applications.

Floating Concrete Recreation Deck

Design and construction of 3 pontoons, each 60m length by 12m wide by 5m deep.

The recreation deck to house 3 swimming pools, elevated deck, marine observation pit and water features.

Pool pumps, balancing tanks are located in hull.

Pontoons are interconnected.

The Reef at King Dock

Our engineers have more than 50 man-years of offshore experience:

strengthened > 50 platforms using grouted solutions,

reinstated > 30 heavily corroded well conductors, casings,

repaired > 4 jetties and associated breasting dolphins, and

designed 3 concrete barges

in Turkey, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Australia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia.

Design capabilities include:

Inplace analysis/Pre-service analysisFatigue analysis,Pushover analysis,Seismic analysis,Finite Element analysis,Hydrodynamic analysis,Hydroelastic analysis.

Grouting of Pile Refusal

Pile Refusal during driving, water depth -70m.

Shear keys on the skirt piles were not embedded into the sleeves.

UHPC solution: To extend the sleeve underwater to engage the shear keys with additional rebar for load transfer across bolted connection and grouted.

Strengthening of Subsea Piled Foundation for Petronas

Offshore Jacket Strengthening

Repair and Strengthening of cracks underwater in horizontal framing and conductor guides.

Damaged was analyzed to be caused by vertical acceleration of wave loads acting on the framing at EL-8m underwater.

UHPC grouted clamps were recommended to avoid expensive subsea welding in habitat.

Repair of Well Conductor

Conductor was extensively corroded and split below spider deck, resulting in top of conductor sinking more than 1.3m below deck.

After detail survey, the conductor is to be removed and reinstated with UHPC grout reinforced with reinforcement bars suitable for decommissioning.

Strengthening Ramba Jetty

Detail inspection, Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Installation and Grouting.

Working internal infill down to -6m below mudline and external encasement to -2m below mudline.

Strengthening Marine Piles

Repair of Offshore Jacket

Strengthening NGL Platform

Structural repair works through infill grouting of four horizontal members at EL(+) 10 ft for NGL-Junction Platform.

Repair of Pipeline Riser

Grouting of Bend Support Permanent Clamp Riser Anoa Platform

Due to corrosion on a 22 inch export riser situated at the Anoa platform in the West Natuna Complex, Nautic has designed and installed a UHPC (Ultra High Performing Cementitious) material grouted clamp to strengthen the riser.

Fatigue Repair of Jetty Piles

Strengthening of jetty piles in water depth of 40m to increase fatigue life

Spectral Fatigue Analysis, Coupled Dynamic Mooring Analysis were used to tune the frequency response of the structures.

Clamps were installed underwater.

150-meter-high office tower. 34 Floors. GFA 115,248 m2

Three slightly concave main facades—the tower will become a stand-out building in the city landscape.

The concave shape of the main facades provide natural solar screening. In addition, the offices can be ventilated naturally using controllable openings.
